Involved in this appeal is the question whether an administrator can be appointed in Kansas in a case where the deceased owned no property in Kansas, but did own certain shares of stock in a corporation organized under the laws of Kansas and having its general offices in the state, and is there an appeal from a decision by the probate court refusing to appoint an administrator on the application of one of the creditors of the estate.
