The Plaintiffs, Steve Gruberg and Cable Access Network, Inc. (collectively “Gru-berg”), have brought two suits 1 against the Defendant, Time Warner Cable of New York City (“Time Warner”), 2 seeking equitable and declaratory relief, as well as damages, for claims arising out of the Cable Act 3 and various regulations promulgated thereunder.
