The plaintiff in error brought this action against the Galveston, Harrisburg & San Antonio Railway Company, Texas & New Orleans Railway Company, and the county commissioners of Victoria county for a mandatory injunction requiring the defendants in error to remove a certain obstruction in the nature of two wire fences, which had been erected by the railroad companies, under the authority of an order of the commissioners’ court of Victoria county, from a certain roadway leading into the town of Victoria, at a point about one-half mile from the outer limits of said town.
