Plaintiffs commenced this action against Defendant Topps Meat Company, LLC (“Defendant”) on September 24, 2009, bringing eight causes of action in connection with the personal injuries they allegedly suffered after consuming Escherichia coil-contaminated ground beef distributed by Defendant.
