This court has pending before it two motions, a motion by plaintiff State Farm Fire and Casualty Company (State Farm) for summary judgment on the counterclaims of Willie B. Ramsey and Georgia Ramsey or alternatively for partial summary judgment dismissing their claims for punitive damages, and a motion for partial summary judgment by defendant Tower Loan of Mississippi, Inc.
