On April 30, 1845, Elias Smith acquired the lands described as Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Section 33, Tp. 8, N., R 7 E. in Lincoln County. These lots lie North of the Choctaw Boundary Line, which is an irregular line beginning 726 feet South of the northeast corner of said section and running* in a general south-westerly direction to a point 3,960 feet South of the northwest corner of said section. The area North of the Choctaw Boundary is divided into the three lots mentioned, and the lines between these lots run due North and South. Lot 1 is in the East side of the section, is 2,640 feet wide…
