KENNEDY, Circuit Judge:
Frito-Lay, Inc., brought suit against fifteen local unions affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America (the “Union”), seeking monetary relief for damages suffered as a result of the Union’s strike against the Company. Frito-Lay alleged the Union struck in violation of sections 8(b)(4)(A) and 303(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act (“Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 158(b)(4)(A) and § 187(a).
