An execution in favor of the American Mortgage Company of Scotland Limited against J. W. Lancaster, as administrator of Caroline Coley, was levied upon certain lots of land as the property of the defendant in ff. fa. A. J. Thompson & Co., a firm composed of A. J. Thompson and G. P. Stubbs, interposed a claim, and upon the trial the court directed a verdict finding the property subject. Claimants made *833a motion for a new trial, which being overruled, they excepted.
