Plaintiffs are the members composing the Central Tire & Service Company, a commercial partnership doing business in the city of Monroe. The firm of which they are members is engaged in the storing and repairing of automobiles; the selling of gasoline, lubricating oil, and all automobile accessories. For the purpose of conducting the business of their firm, plaintiffs leased from defendant a brick building, in Monroe, for a period of 5 years and 18 days, known as the Meyer Bros.
