MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BABCOCK, District Judge.

Defendants move for summary judgment, and for reconsideration of my November 12, 1999 order granting Plaintiffs’ motion to supplement their response to Defendants’ summary judgment motion with an affidavit. Alternatively, Defendants move for permission to file a supplemental reply in support of their motion for summary judgment so that they can reply to the new affidavit.
