Frederick J. Calatrello, the Regional Director (“Director”) for Region 8 of the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB” or “Board”), appeals on behalf of the Board from an order of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio denying temporary injunctive relief sought under section 10® of the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA” or “the Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 160®, pending final outcome of Board proceedings on unfair labor practice charges.
