D & L Supply Company of Orem, Utah (plaintiff), an importer of construction castings from India, moves under Rule 56.1 of the Rules of this Court for an order directing the International Trade Administration of the United States Department of Commerce (Commerce) to release business proprietary information to plaintiff's counsel under protective order.
