Appellants Milton and Barbara Parness 1 appeal from judgments of con viction entered upon jury verdicts returned on October 3, 1973 after a thirteen day trial in the Southern District of New York before Dudley B. Bonsai, District Judge, finding them guilty on two counts of causing interstate transportation of stolen property (Counts Four and Six) and on one count of causing a person to travel in interstate commerce in furtherance of a scheme to defraud (Count Five), in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2314 (1970); and, in-addition, finding Milton Parness guilty of acquiring an…
