MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter comes before the court on the “Joint Motion to Dismiss by Defendant City of Center Point, Alabama and Defendant Redflex Traffic Systems Inc.” (Doc. 5). Plaintiffs Rhonda Lashon Stubbs and Celeita Snow brought á class action complaint in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Alabama, claiming the City of Center Point’s traffic camera citation system violates Plaintiffs’ due process rights.
