ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
STEEH, District Judge.
This action arises out of plaintiffs charges of sexual harassment, disability discrimination and intentional infliction of emotional distress under state law against her former employer and supervisor. Defendants removed on the basis of diversity jurisdiction. Now before the court is defendants’ motion for summary judgment. On January 19, 1999, the court heard oral argument on the motion. For the reasons stated below, defendants’ motion shall be granted.
