This suit was brought to enforce the collection Of certain delinquent drainage taxes. The delinquent landowners answered and attacked the validity both of the district itself and the assessments levied by it. There was a decree in favor of the district, and the landowners have appealed. The district was created by act 103 of the Acts of 1917 (page 485), and many of the objections to the act itself have been so frequently considered by this court, and decided adversely to the contentions of appellants, that we will not again review them.
