This is an action to dissolve a partnership and for an accounting.
Prior to 1932, the plaintiffs, M. M. Kalez and Lorenzo Walter, and the defendants, W. E. Newman and W. L. Spencer, were practicing physicians in the city of Spokane. They had adjoining offices but were not practicing together. In that year, they decided to form a clinic for the purpose of securing a type of practice which for convenience we will designate as contract work.
