This matter involves a long history of litigation affecting a family partnership. Its origin was a suit filed in 1967 by the plaintiff for a judicial dissolution of the partnership and for an accounting. It was brought against Forrest L. Schoeller and Sylvia A. Schoeller, plaintiff’s mother and father; William F. Schoeller and Madeline J. Schoeller, Robert L. Schoeller and Virginia L.
