MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL

WILLIAMS, Judge.

Plaintiff pro se, Lawrence Carter Agee, seeks monetary and injunctive relief stemming from the revocation of his medical licenses in the states of California and Ver*286mont. Compl. ¶ ll.1 Because Plaintiff failed to allege a claim against the government that is actionable in this Court, This action is dismissed.
