¶ 1 This is an appeal from the disposi-tional order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County following Appellant’s adjudication of delinquency on the charge of statutory sexual assault.1 We conclude the trial court erred in adjudicating Appellant delinquent, and therefore, we vacate the dispositional order entered in this matter.
