Plaintiffs Dawn Glass, Robert Glass, and Norman Lee, on behalf of themselves individually and as guardians ad litem of their minor children, bring this action against defendant Hillsboro School District 1J, alleging, among other claims, violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12132 (“ADA”), and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. § 794 (“ § 504”).
