Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Fulton County (Lomanto, J.), rendered June 26, 1986, upon, inter alia, a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of burglary in the third degree and grand larceny in the third degree.

The charges upon which defendant stands convicted arise from the breaking and entering into of premises known as the House of Pizza in the Town of Johnstown, Fulton County.
