Smith brings this action against his employer, Brown Paper Mill Company, Incorporated, claiming compensation for four hundred seven-day weeks at $9.10 per week, and $200 medical expenses, under the provisions of Act 20 of 1914, as amended; and, in the alternative, damages in the sum of $35,000 under article 2315 of the Civil Code.
