This is an appeal by plaintiffs from a judgment denying them relief in their action for an accounting of their alleged interest in the partnership previously entered into between themselves and defendants.
The evidence shows that on May 6, 1949, plaintiffs D. C. Hill and his wife and defendants John Hearron, Jr., and wife entered into a partnership agreement for the purpose of growing potatoes during the 1949 crop season.
