—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Cooperman, J.), rendered April 3, 1994, convicting him of *538sexual abuse in the first degree (three counts) and endangering the welfare of a child, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial (Appelman, J.), without a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress identification testimony.
