On June 2, 1996, Sizzler USA Restaurants, Inc., f/d/a/ Sizzler Restaurants International, Inc., (“Sizzler”), and four of its affiliates: Sizzler International, Inc. (“SII”), Collins Properties, Inc. (“CPI”), Tenly Enterprises, Inc. (“Tenly”) and Buffalo Ranch Steakhouses, Inc.
