GREENE, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals from an award of damages for defendants on a bond executed by plaintiff as security for an injunction against defendants.

On 27 January 1988, the plaintiff filed its complaint alleging the plaintiff employed defendants to develop a control system for the “G & C Sliver Machine,” and thereafter plaintiff disclosed certain “confidential and proprietary information” to the defendants and that defendants did communicate such confidential information to competitors of the plaintiff.
