Plaintiffs in this multidistriet ease are purchasers of or persons beneficially interested in life insurance policies underwritten and sold by defendant Jackson National Life Insurance Company (“Jackson National”). Plaintiffs allege they suffered loss due to Jackson National’s misrepresentations.
