Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Namm, J.), rendered April 21,1983, convicting him of attempted robbery in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.

In the latter part of 1977, defendant was arrested and charged, inter alia, with robbery in the first degree and robbery in the third degree. These arrests arose out of incidents which occurred on September 18, 1977 and October 23, 1977, respectively. Two indictments were handed up against the defendant (indictments Nos. 1964/77, 1825/77).
