Henry Arthur Sweeny was tried in the court below on the charge of operating a motor vehicle over the public highways of this state at a speed of 7 5 miles per hour in a 60 mile speed zone, as determined by radar. The court found defendant guilty as charged and fixed his fine at $25. Judgment was entered, and we granted a writ of error.

We need concern ourselves here only with the action of the trial court in admitting into evidence, over the objection of defendant, the “Department of State Police Certificate of Radar Accuracy Test”.
