The judgment under review was entered on a verdict finding appellant guilty of operating his automobile at 70 miles per. hour in a *88455 miles per hour zone on U. S. Route 58 in Mecklenburg county, and imposing a fine of $5.00. This appellant is the same Clyde R. Royals who is appellant in another case, Record No. 4626, decided at this session of the Court on a similar charge of speeding on the same day, January 14, 1955, in Halifax county.
