Plaintiffs-appellants Terry and Cyndi Ca-berte (collectively, the Cabertos) appeal from the First Circuit Court’s order confirming an arbitration award in connection with the Ca-bertos’ claim for underinsured motorist (UIM) benefits against defendants-appellees National Union Fire Insurance Company and Hawaii Insurance Consultants, Ltd. (collectively, National Union).
