This case arises out of a disintegrating business relationship between the two co-owners of the copyrights in a play called Late Nite Catechism (“LNC”), who also jointly own a corporation, Quade/Donovan Entertainment, Inc. (“QDE”). Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant Maripat Donovan (“Donovan”) has brought claims for accounting, breach of fiduciary duty and to remove Defendant Victoria Quade (“Quade”) as an officer of QDE.
