The instant diversity action arises from a failed commercial transaction involving the intended purchase and sale of a helicopter. Plaintiffs, representing the would-be purchaser(s), have sued the defendants for the return of a $300,000 deposit, asserting claims of conversion, unjust enrichment, breach of contract, and breach of an implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
