Ronald H. Manning (“Manning”) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Chevron Chemical Company, LLC (“Chevron”). Manning filed this employment discrimination lawsuit against Chevron, claiming that the company discriminated against him on the basis of his race, gender, and disability, and retaliated against him for seeking redress for these alleged wrongs, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq.
