The March-April 1933 grand jury of Fulton County, on the last day of that term, under authority of sections 841 and 842 of the Penal Code of 1910 (Code of 1933, §§ 59-310 et seq.), appointed a committee of citizens to investigate the affairs of Fulton County and to make a report of their findings to the May-June grand jury. On May 17 and June 14 of that year the committee presented bills of expenses incurred in hiring auditors, accountants, stenographers, etc., during the investigation. Judge Yirlyn B.
