Defendant-Appellant Leon Binford appeals his convictions and enhanced sentence of 180 months’ imprisonment after a jury found him guilty of being a .felon in possession of a firearm under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), and possessing with intent to distribute marijuana under 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(D). Binford argues that both convictions should be vacated because they were based on evidente admitted in violation of his Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights.
