Pending before the Court are defendants’ Rule 53 Objections to the Special Master’s Report recommending denial of defendants’ Joint Motion to Compel the Production of Documents. After carefully considering the Special Master’s Report, the defendants’ objections, the plaintiffs’ response, the defendants’ reply, and the entire record herein, the Court will adopt the Special Master’s Report and Recommendations.
