The appellee, a Michigan corporation, having its principal offices in Benton Harbor, Michigan, filed this action in the District Court against the appellants, International Union and Local No. 880, United Automobile, Aircraft and Agricultural Implement Workers of America, seeking damages by reason of strikes and work stoppages in violation of the collective bargaining agreement on the part of its employees at various plants of the appellee.
Jurisdiction is based upon Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, Section 185, Title 29 U.S.C.A.…
