Claimant seeks review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Board that overturned an administrative law judge’s (ALJ) order assessing a penalty and attorney fees after determining that ComPro, Inc., the assigned processing administrator for claimant’s claim, unreasonably determined that claimant was ineligible for supplemental disability benefits.
