This is an appeal from a judgment recovered by the respondent against the appellant for the sum of two hundred dollars damages, for an alleged wrongful and forcible taking *383and detention by the appellant of a certain span of horses and their harness belonging to the respondent, claimed in respondent’s complaint to be of the value of two hundred and fifty dollars.
