This suit was instituted by the plaintiff, Prouty Lumber & Box Company, against the defendants Walter T. McGuirk and Lenore A. McGuirk, his wife, to foreclose a materialman’s lien claimed by the plaintiff against residential property situate at Seaside, Oregon. From a decree in favor of the plaintiff, establishing and foreclosing such a lien, the defendants have appealed.
