As a result of this decision, delays incident to obtaining a federal injunction have made wholly futile the diligent efforts of the State of Ohio to fix reasonable gas rates for *471the people of Portsmouth, Ohio.1 I cannot agree with the suggestion implied here that this results from any cause other than the unwarranted interposition by courts into the business of rate making.
