1. Plaintiff, Shelco, Inc., is a Massachusetts Corporaion having its principal place of business at Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts. Plaintiff, The Shelco Company, is a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business at Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts. The Shelco Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Clorox Company, an Ohio corporation authorized to do business in Illinois. (PI. Pretrial Brief 7)
