Plaintiff Victoria A. Ware, a resident of Maryland, has brought suit in this Court as a result of injuries she suffered while using a water slide in Ocean City, Maryland. Although she alleges that the controversy is between citizens of different states, it is undisputed that the first-named Defendant in the suit, Jolly Roger Rides, Inc., is a Maryland corporation, as Plaintiff herself sets forth in her Amended Complaint.
