FINDINGS OF FACT

John Henry Moore and Billie Jean Moore filed a petition for- relief under Chapter 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (11 U.S.C. § 130 1 et seq.) on October 7, 1982. The debtors’ plan of payment proposes that all priority and secured debt be paid in full, and proposes that the unsecured creditors be divided into two classes. The result would be that the Class 1 claim, which consists of an unsecured debt which has been co-signed by a third party, will be paid in full, and the Class 2 claims, which consist of all other…
