OPINION

The instant case presents us with an opportunity to consider another of the recurrent issues surrounding the confirmation of Chapter 13 Plans, one of which, the “good faith” requirement of 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(3), we addressed in In re Gathright, 67 B.R. 384 (Bankr.E.D.Pa.1986), application for appeal denied, 71 B.R. 343 (E.D.Pa.1987). At issue here is the “equal treatment” requirement, set forth in 11 U.S.C. §§ 1322(a)(3) and (b)(1).
