Introduction
Defendant Anthony Willoughby, a pro se federal prisoner, moves to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (Docs. 149 & 153). Wil-loughby asserts a host of errors in the underlying Indictment along with ineffective assistance of both trial and appellate counsel. The Government responds (Doc. 157).
