OPINION

VOSS, Judge.

The state appeals from the trial court’s order granting the motion to suppress evidence and statements filed by Edison Millan (defendant). We reverse and remand.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

Defendant and a co-defendant, Zusana Singh (Singh), were each indicted on one count of transportation of marijuana for sale having a weight of more than two pounds, a class 2 felony, and one count of possession for sale of marijuana having a weight of more than four pounds, a class 2 felony.
