OPINION
FELDMAN, Justice.
Marijuana was discovered in Kim Peters’ luggage during an airport search in Phoenix. Relying on State v. Randall, 116 Ariz. 371, 569 P.2d 313 (App.1977), the trial judge suppressed the evidence. The court of appeals reversed. State v. Peters, No. 1 CA-CR 95-0171 (Ariz. Ct.App. filed May 21, 1996) (memorandum decision).
